We are delighted that your child is part of our preschool family! We look forward to getting to know each child as we grow together this year. Our school provides each child with a safe and loving learning environment. Each day will be filled with fun and exciting adventures to help your child develop creativity, academically, and socially.
To get started, please complete the Application Checklist:
1. Abigail Adams Preschool Application completed and signed.
2. Developmental History Form completed and signed.
3. Your child’s Physical, Immunizations and Lead Screening dated within the last year. Physicals must be updated annually; please provide Abigail Adams Preschool with your appointment card if you have an upcoming appointment.
4. If your child will be taking medicine at school, your child’s pediatrician must give us Authorization to Administer Medication. If your child has mild to severe allergies, the Individual Health Plan must be completed by your child’s pediatrician.
5. Meet with Abigail Adams Preschool staff.
6. $50 Application Fee. Checks should be made out to Abigail Adams Preschool.
